Job summary

CBRE seeks a Mobile Facility Technician to support a portfolio of medical, laboratory, and commercial facilities in Dallas, TX. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage work orders, and ensure building systems operate at peak efficiency while coordinating with a three‑person mobile team across 22 sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered in lieu of diploma.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging information with clients and team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Report to the central facility daily to coordinate with the lead technician and plan routes.
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance including door repairs, drywall patching, painting.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems; address leaks and replace fixtures.
• Conduct light electrical maintenance and install/upgrade fixtures.
• Execute work orders, estimate time/materials, and track progress.
