Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a Mobile Building Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance across DC/VA. This role requires driving to multiple sites in DC and VA, with mileage paid and on-call duties as required.

Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The position offers $25 per hour with mileage reimbursement and reliable transportation a must. Join a team focused on safe, efficient facility operations.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Commercial building experience and operations knowledge.
• Universal CFC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on building equipment (change filters, ballast, light bulbs, flush valves, toilet repairs, etc.).
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Other related responsibilities as assigned.

Job description

The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for Preventative Maintenance on building equipment primarily in DC/VA. This is a mobile position that requires driving to different locations in DC and VA. The Building Maintenance Technician will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment.
