Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on building equipment across DC/VA. This mobile role requires daily driving to sites in DC and VA, with hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The position offers mileage reimbursement and a $25 per hour salary. Responsibilities include inspecting systems, maintaining safe work areas, and performing routine repairs.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Commercial building experience and operations knowledge required.
• Universal CFC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on building equipment, changes filters, ballast, light bulbs, flush valves, toilet repairs, etc.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Other related responsibilities as assigned.
