Job Summary

PF Baseline LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to support our growth, with interests in maintenance, travel, and customer service.

The maintenance technician will be vital in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, maintaining member satisfaction through preventive maintenance, repairs, and miscellaneous duties across multiple locations. Responsibilities include monitoring building systems, interacting with staff and members, and utilizing trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, and HVAC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for repairs and upkeep, including fitness equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Perform tasks professionally, efficiently, and cleanly.
• Maintain organized inventory of parts and supplies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and record keeping.
• Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Travel between facilities as needed.
• Suggest improvements to maintenance policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferred: Five years of related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED, with at least five years of relevant experience or training.
• Experience with fitness equipment, plumbing, drywall, painting, and flooring is preferred.
• Owns necessary hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills required.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift as needed.
