Position Summary:

The Carwash Mobile Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs equipment associated with the operations of Super Star Car Wash locations. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

Servicing/Maintaining Phoenix, Glendale, and Surprise area locations.

• Maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems
• Install experience
• Performing maintenance of electrical systems
• Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems
• Assisting in the setup of production and manufacturing machines and other systems
• Survey and repair all mechanical equipment in our locations to ensure they are working properly and are compliant with health and safety standards
• Perform maintenance of equipment and buildings in our facilities
• Assist in the setup of systems/equipment and conduct repairs when necessary
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-4 years of car wash experience in a related field
• 18 years of age or older with proof to work legally in the U.S.
• 3-5 years of related experience working
• Agree to background and drug screening
• Provide 2 professional references from past supervisors
• Reliable transportation to and from work site daily
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability all days of the week, with flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed
• Own hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, and impact drivers
• Motor Vehicle Report - 3 years

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Carwash experience
• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic
• High-level understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, appliances, and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength, willingness to work overtime
• Able to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages, and utilize reason to resolve complex problems. Must be able to keyboard, hear, talk, stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and move on uneven surfaces. Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds required.
