Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Technician to travel across project footprints in the United States to perform mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on portable mix plant structures. You will be part of a safety-conscious team, reporting to the regional Maintenance Manager and collaborating with site leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of specialized training in technical school or apprenticeship.
• 3-4 years of mechanical repair experience in industrial settings.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and electrical diagnostics on plant equipment.
• Execute maintenance routines across multiple project footprints within the territory.
• Follow strict safety protocols including LOTO and PPE usage.
• Maintain and repair central wet drums and dry transit setups (drums, liners, weigh hoppers, pneumatics, air compressors, conveyors).
• Complete daily equipment inspection checklists and update maintenance records.
