Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deploy across project footprints in the United States to execute mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics and structural preventative maintenance for portable plant structures.

You will support PM cycles, repair central wet drums and dry transit setups, and follow strict safety, LOTO, and PPE protocols on site. Collaboration with regional managers and plant superintendents is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of specialized training in a technical program.
• 3–4 years experience in mechanical repair, installation and construction in a plant or industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support high regional mobility across project footprints and perform preventive maintenance routines.
• Repair and maintain machinery components including central wet drums and dry transit setups.
• Adhere to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, confinement safety, and PPE requirements.
• Complete daily equipment inspections, track parts usage, and submit work orders to Maintenance Manager.
• Coordinate with regional Maintenance Manager and site Batch Plant Superintendent.
