Job summary

City of Pasadena is seeking a Tire Technician to change and repair tires on city vehicles and equipment, including field responses to emergencies. You will inspect and diagnose issues, plan work procedures, and determine the parts needed for each project.

You must hold 1-2 years of related experience or training, plus a valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record. The role requires compliance with all licenses and city timekeeping policies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Change and repair tires on City vehicles and equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls in the field.
• Inspect and diagnose problems on City vehicles and equipment.
• Plan work procedures and determine parts needed for each project.
• Maintain necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and/or job requirements.
• Follow City timekeeping and attendance policy.
