Job summary

ABM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across job sites and facilities. You will conduct daily rounds and inspections, work on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and HVAC systems, and respond to spills or emergencies as required.

This overnight position emphasizes safety, adherence to contracts, and the wellbeing of occupants and environment. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Job description

This position creates processes and performs physical inventory counts on job sites and at facilities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections. Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary for the wellbeing and protection of the environment, property and occupants, in accordance with contractual obligations. Participates in training directed at increasing job-related skills and assists in training of other employees as directed.

Pay:$27 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data. This is an overnight position.
