Job summary

ABM is seeking a maintenance technician for 1st shift in Michigan. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyors, plumbing, electrical, and related systems, responding to spills and emergencies to keep facilities running safely.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of similar work, basic carpentry and drywall skills, and the ability to work unsupervised. ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities in a large, global facilities services company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable).
• A valid State Driver's License is required.
• Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.
• Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.
• Must possess organizational skills.
• Must be able to perform unsupervised.
• Customer Service Experience
• 2 to 3 years of similar work experience

Responsibilities

Pay $25.00 to $30.00 an hour: or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm - Monday - Friday
