Job summary

National CORE in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily property maintenance across our sites. You will oversee projects, schedule staff, and ensure work orders are completed within 24 hours, while maintaining safety and budget guidelines.

Requires HVAC certification and 3+ years in maintenance/resident services, plus 2–3 years of supervisory experience. Must be able to coordinate inspections, train staff, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in resident services and maintenance.
• Two to three years supervisory experience.
• HVAC Certification.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property within budget under the Community Manager guidance.
• Oversee all maintenance projects.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assist with repairs.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and flooring tasks as needed.
• Train subordinate employees.
• Schedule work orders and ensure 24-hour completion.
• Inventory control and maintain safety standards.
