• Proficient in using maintenance management software and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for all mobile equipment and vehicles.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for reliability.
• Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians for high performance and safety.
• Manage maintenance budgets, including parts procurement and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on mobile maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and oversee repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment status.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
