Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

What this job involves: This position involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on various facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment. The Mobile Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and operating building systems, conducting inspections, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local ordinances.

Your day-to-day tasks will include: Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment Operating and maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Conducting facility inspections and reporting on conditions affecting client occupancy Responding to emergencies and addressing urgent facility issues Preparing summary reports on equipment conditions and recommending actions Familiarizing yourself with building automation and fire/life safety systems Complying with safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment Attending training seminars and completing monthly safety training Keeping the company vehicle clean and maintained Updating work orders in the Corrigo system

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

Valid state driver's license Universal CFC Certification Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft. Willingness to be on call and work overtime as required

Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening Capability to read schematics

Preferred:

Experience with building automation systems Knowledge of state, county, and city building codes and ordinances

Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking Experience in preparing technical reports and recommendations
