Job summary
A construction materials company in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a mechanically inclined Loader Operator to operate heavy machinery for mobile crushing plants. The successful candidate will safely and efficiently load and stockpile aggregate materials, assist in daily operations, and maintain safety standards. This position requires proficiency in machinery operation, knowledge of welding, and a high school diploma or GED. Qualifications
Must have proficiency in operating front-end loaders and similar machinery.
Prefer knowledge of welding and general mechanical tasks.
Ability to comply with MSHA safety standards.
Responsibilities
Safely operate front-end loader to move and load materials.
Assist with production and operational upkeep of the plant.
Inspect areas of the plant for necessary maintenance tasks.
Perform welding and fabrication when required.
Skills
Large aggregate heavy machinery operation
