Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Loader Operator to operate 980M/982M loaders and move bulk materials at our plant site. You will perform routine maintenance, support batch plant tasks, and uphold safety standards while communicating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school / GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Starts engine, operates loader, moves materials to/from storage and processing areas.
• Performs routine maintenance on loader and cleans gear.
• Maintains effective communications with supervisors and customers serviced.
• Performs pre-shift inspections and daily site checks (gates, belts, bearings).
• Keeps batch plant area clean and safe; follows safety policies.
