Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of Loader Operator experience, preferably with Caterpillar 980/988, good communication skills, and reliable attendance. Day shifts, occasional overtime, and local travel may be required.

• Preferably with Caterpillar 980 and 988.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Prompt, regular attendance and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintain equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Operate heavy equipment to meet production goals.
• Maintain strong communications with plant staff and operators.
• Assist with safety audits and daily duties as assigned.
