Job summary

Total Warehouse is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of lift trucks and material handling equipment in the Phoenix area. You will work independently in the field, using diagnostic tools and mechanical/electrical expertise to deliver safe, reliable equipment and exceptional customer service.

The role requires 3–5 years of related mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years mechanical experience in lift trucks, automotive, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong repair, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand manuals and schematics.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software.
• Good communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lift trucks and components.
• Perform planned maintenance on customer equipment.
• Complete PMs and engine tune-ups with minimal supervision.
• Safely operate service van and follow safety rules.
• Mentor apprentices and share knowledge on-the-job.
