Job summary

TOTAL Industries is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair lift trucks and related equipment. You may work in the shop, on the road, or as a fleet technician in a large customer program.

You will handle routine maintenance, safety inspections, and service calls, with a focus on root-cause fixes and clear written communication. Ideal candidates have six months of engine experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel to customer sites within Northern

Qualifications

• Diagnose, maintain and repair mechanical, electronic, gas/diesel and hydraulic equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to read/write in English.
• Valid DMV record and ability to drive to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Submit quotes and complete work orders daily.
• Work with Service Advisor to plan 8-hour days and territory travels.
• Ensure safety and quality; build good customer relationships.
