Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their team in the Greater Boston area. The position offers part-time or full-time schedules (2–5 days per week) with travel to nursing facilities across Malden, Chelsea, Saugus, and Danvers.

Opportunity for $100k+ per year at full time, with pay prorated based on schedule. The role delivers behavioral health services in long-term care settings, with full clinical autonomy, 100% malpractice coverage, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• State LMHC license required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual therapy to residents.
• Recommend behavioral interventions to staff.
• Conduct risk assessments as needed.
• Enter patient data and documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties; daily travel to facilities.
