As our portfolio continues to grow, so do our Community Teams! Mark-Taylor is hiring a Mobile Leasing Consultant to work across our West Valley communities throughout the Greater Phoenix Area.
As a Mobile Leasing Consultant, you will serve as a highly skilled, agile sales and service expert assigned to support multiple communities across the Mark-Taylor portfolio. This role plays a critical part in driving leasing performance, ensuring operational continuity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple Class-A communities. As a trusted resource, the Mobile Leasing Consultant is relied upon for immediate deployment to locations requiring additional support, coverage, or specialized leasing expertise.
This is a fully onsite, field-based position requiring daily travel to multiple communities. Remote work is not available for this role
You're Excited About This Role Because You Will
- Serve as a mobile brand ambassador for Mark-Taylor, consistently exemplifying elevated service standards and sales performance across assigned communities.
- Proactively drive leasing results by conducting professional, detailed, and persuasive tours with prospective residents, while showcasing the distinct features of each community.
- Consistently meet or exceed TPA, conversion, and shop score goals across diverse asset types.
- Demonstrate advanced closing techniques, overcoming objections, and guiding prospects through the complete application and leasing process.
- Serve as an onsite resource for new or developing leasing teams by modeling best-in-class leasing performance and providing informal coaching or knowledge sharing as directed.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospective and current residents, utilizing all forms of communication (phone, email, in-person) to create a consistent and positive customer journey.
- Collaborate with Community Teams to maintain elevated curb appeal, presentation standards, and adherence to Mark-Taylor’s brand expectations.
- Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in conflict resolution, resident interactions, and escalated service matters.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability while quickly assimilating into varying property teams, processes, and operational priorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in residential property management is required.
- Strong sales acumen with consultative selling skills and the ability to tailor leasing presentations to diverse customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in driving high leasing conversion rates, TPA metrics, and secret shop performance.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments and property teams while maintaining productivity.
- Strong working knowledge of property management systems and leasing platforms.
- Ability to travel within the designated geographic region (30-50 mile radius).
- Comfort and ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Goal orientated, self-starter work ethic.
- Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

The starting hourly pay rate for Leasing Consultant is $23.00. This position is also eligible for monthly bonuses, a $360 wardrobe allowance, and a $300 monthly vehicle allowance. Our Leasing Consultants typically work a schedule that includes one or more weekend days.Seniority level
