Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a field service technician to diagnose, repair, and service commercial laundry equipment at On Premises Laundry and Vended sites. You will install parts, document activities, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of mechanical repair experience, with proficiency in MS Outlook/Word/Excel and basic electrical testing tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of mechanical repair experience; laundry equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with telephone/email/ticketing dispatch systems is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial laundry equipment (On Premises Laundry & Vended).
• Install replacement parts and verify proper operation.
• Document all service activities, time and materials, and all travel details.
• Explain repair findings to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service manager, parts department and vendors to secure parts.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicle; assist installation crews.
