Job summary

Smart Care Solutions is seeking a Kitchen Equipment Service Technician in the Greater New Haven area to diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment. You will work with managers to deliver service solutions and read diagrams and schematics to install and fix systems.

As a trusted advisor, you will be on-call nights and weekends, travel to customer sites, and contribute to a nationwide repair network. On-the-job and advanced certifications are available with company support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliances, or HVAC.
• Valid state issued Real ID driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle history.
• Willingness to be involved in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant/hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Travel to customer locations and participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
