Yellowhouse Machinery is seeking a Field Service Technician in Lubbock, TX to diagnose and repair John Deere construction and forestry equipment at customer sites. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the use of both manual and pneumatic tools.

You will carry out diagnostics, perform repairs, and generate accurate service reports while promoting safety and customer service. Travel to client locations is required as part of field assignments.

Qualifications

• John Deere experience preferred; related field experience required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills to operate service and parts support programs.
• Excellent diagnostic abilities for electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems.
• Must possess personal hand and pneumatic tools for diagnostic and repair work.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-field diagnostics and repairs using a mobile service vehicle at customer sites.
• Accurately diagnose and repair John Deere construction and forestry equipment.
• Maintain detailed, accurate service reports for tasks performed.
• Promote safety compliance and professional conduct at all times.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Parts departments to deliver solutions.
• Travel to various customer locations as required by service requests.
