Job summary

Yellowhouse Machinery in Midland, TX is seeking John Deere Field Service Technicians to diagnose and repair heavy equipment at customer sites, traveling in a mobile service vehicle. You will provide in-field service and practical solutions with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have a strong work ethic and be able to provide references; John Deere experience is preferred. You will service wheel loaders, backhoes, graders, excavators and more, aligning with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and references required.
• John Deere experience preferred; related experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair heavy field equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform in-field diagnostics and repairs by operating a mobile service vehicle to customer sites.
• Serve as in-field representative to provide service solutions and communicate work clearly to customers.
• Diagnose and repair John Deere Construction/Forestry equipment and other brands serviced by Yellowhouse Machinery.
• Rebuild or replace powertrain and hydraulic components as required.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies and company guidelines.
• Promote customer service and teamwork with Service, Sales, and Parts departments.
