Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Mornings) in a part-time role. Starting wage $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities to increase earnings through performance-based pay.

Earn up to $2 more per hour within your first 6 months, plus up to $5 more per hour based on productivity. You will travel to retail locations, transport team members, count inventory with handheld scanners, and strive for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to be a qualified van driver and 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to multiple locations.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to maximize earnings from performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
• Demonstrate core company values at all times.
