Job summary

Quantum Services, Inc. in Des Plaines, IL, is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform high-accuracy stock counts and audits across convenience stores and gas stations. You’ll use handheld counting equipment on a mobile regional route.

This full-time role starts early (6:00–7:00 AM) with 36–42 hours per week and occasional Saturdays. No experience needed — paid training from Day 1. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform high-accuracy stock counting and inventory audits.
• Ability to count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Willingness to travel daily with regional team to store locations.
• Background and MVR screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy physical stock counting and inventory audits inside convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting equipment.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide clear daily audit reports to store managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with your regional team to client store locations.
