Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform high-accuracy stock counting and audits at convenience store and gas station locations in the Seattle region; daily regional travel is required.

You will join a mobile team, start early with audits, and report variances to store managers. No prior experience needed as on-the-job training is provided, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required; reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background and MVR screening.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments.
• Early risers who enjoy active, hands-on field work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counting and audits at convenience stores and gas stations.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and report results daily to store managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with the regional team to client store locations.
