Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate in Des Plaines, IL. You will perform high-accuracy stock counting and inventory audits across convenience stores and gas stations, using handheld equipment.

Daily travel with a regional team is required, with early starts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and end times around 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The role offers a full-time schedule, paid travel time, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations daily.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counts and inventory audits in convenience stores and gas stations.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies, and report daily audit results to store managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with regional team to client store locations.
