Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking an Interior Repair Technician with no experience required to perform mobile interior repairs at customer locations, including dealerships and auctions. Paid training is provided, with training compensation at the hourly rate and potential commission as you build your client base.

Starting compensation is $23.10 per hour, with uncapped earning potential and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision abilities including close and distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs.
• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors.
• Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
