Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Interior Repair Technician to travel to dealerships, auctions, and other locations to repair vehicle interiors. No experience needed; fully paid training provided with travel, lodging, and meals.

Starting wage is $23.10 per hour with a path to uncapped commissions and long-term earning potential of $60k–$110k+. You’ll build customer relationships, restore ripped or stained interiors, and advance to higher tech levels.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs
• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors
• Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
