Dent Wizard is seeking an Interior Repair Technician to perform mobile interior repairs at customer locations, including dealerships and auctions.

No experience is required; we provide fully paid training, travel, lodging, and a compensation plan that starts at $27.30 per hour with an uncapped commission structure and potential earnings of $60k–$110k+ as you advance. This role rewards attention to detail and customer service in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs.
• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors.
• Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
