Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Interior Repair Technician to perform mobile interior repairs at dealerships and other customer sites. No experience is required; training is fully paid and includes travel and lodging, with compensation during training and then a commission-based pay structure.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. Your work covers repairing rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage, mix dyes, and restore surfaces to like-new condition while building strong customer

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-movement tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs.
• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors.
• Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
