Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to deliver hands-on field service and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll solve problems, replace hoses, and expand service opportunities while working with company tools in diverse environments.

This role blends technical work with direct customer interaction and territory development, offering growth through performance and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of three years.
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• No DUI charges or convictions.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety.
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects.
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times.
