Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower seeks a Mobile Sales and Service Technician (MSST) to travel to customer sites, diagnose machine issues, repair equipment, and assemble customized hose solutions with company tools. You will actively engage with prospects, check in on customers, and identify new service opportunities to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Age 21+
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years
• No DUI charges or convictions
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times
