Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking motivated Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to perform hands-on service in the field, build strong customer relationships, and remotely meet customer needs with on-site support.

You will be a trusted service expert, solving problems, replacing hoses, and identifying service opportunities while traveling within the assigned territory. This role blends technical work with customer interaction and offers growth potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years.
• No DUI charges or convictions.
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• Minimum Age requirements: 19 for non-DOT, 21 for DOT operators.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations
• Remove and install assemblies as needed
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times
