Responsive Asset Management in Indiana seeks a Certified HVAC Service Technician to keep residents comfortable across the Terre Haute to Kokomo service area. This mobile field role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, with a take-home company vehicle each evening and assigned properties throughout the region.

You will also perform general maintenance tasks, document work orders, and communicate clearly with residents and property teams.

Formación

• EPA Section 608 Universal certification required.
• Hands-on residential HVAC service experience and the ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.
• Valid driver’s license, driving record that meets company vehicle requirements, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Comfort using a phone or tablet to receive assignments, update work orders, and communicate with the team.
• Dependability, strong time management, respectful communication, and a results-driven approach focused on quality repairs and timely completion.
• Ability to perform essential field duties, including using ladders, moving tools and equipment, and working in varying conditions.
• Additional HVAC credentials or technical training.

Responsabilidades

• HVAC service and repair across residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation before closing work orders.
• General maintenance support including plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and apartment upkeep; supports unit turns.
• Document diagnostics, labor, materials, and follow-up needs in the work order system.
• Communicate professionally with residents, supervisors, and property teams; represent RAM with courtesy.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and safety; adapt to urgent repairs and changing property needs.
