Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to support multiple commercial facilities in the Akron and Cleveland, Ohio area.

The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building control systems, with travel across facilities. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with commercial building systems, EPA 608 Type II Certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel.
Working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and building control systems.
Travel between multiple facilities to ensure equipment and building systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing equipment components.
Monitor system performance, record operational readings, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal equipment function.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, manage inventory and tools, and coordinate maintenance activities with outside contractors.
