Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician to join the Facilities Maintenance team supporting multiple healthcare clinics and medical facilities in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across HVAC and general facility systems, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of HVAC or related experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver’s license, and may hold additional HVAC

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HVAC, facilities maintenance, building engineering, or related experience.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification and a valid driver’s license are required; additional HVAC certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, flooring repairs, painting, patching, and general maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED required; Trade School education strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use laptops, mobile devices, work order systems, and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, water heaters, and facility equipment across multiple healthcare locations.
• Complete emergency work orders as the top priority while managing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, patching, and general building maintenance issues.
• Conduct facility safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
• Partner with clinic managers and staff to address maintenance needs and provide exceptional customer service.
