Job summary

Johnson Controls is looking for HVAC Mechanics to support a fast-growing North American service operation. You will handle maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial HVAC systems, working on light and heavy equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting experience, hold an EPA refrigerants license and a valid driver's license, and be willing to collaborate with local market teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the HVAC Industry of the United States.
• Two+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience (rooftop units, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers, etc.).
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver's license.
• Ability to write and communicate problems, causes and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Partner with Servicemen and apprentices to service customers.
• Provide quotes to customers and participate in Service Plus Rewards program.
