Qualifications

• 3 years commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Union membership or willingness to join a local union.
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial HVACR systems.
• Repair centrifugal and screw compressors, rooftop units, pumps, and boilers.
• Install complete systems and align mechanical shafts.
• Provide quotes and upsell solutions to improve facility efficiency.
• Maintain safety and pass knowledge examinations as required.
