Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Mechanics to support the fast-growing North American HVAC business. You’ll work on light commercial and/or heavy commercial teams with access to the most advanced equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators and related equipment.
• Ability to use vibration equipment to troubleshoot drivelines.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to support branch activities.
• Must be able to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
• Opportunity to learn HVAC products and sales quoting through STA training.
• Ability to write and communicate the problem, cause, and corrective actions clearly to customers.
• Ability to provide quotes to customers and participate in Service Plus Rewards program.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot and service rooftop units, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers, and related equipment.
• Partner with Journeymen for repairs and service activities.
• Provide clear recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency.
• Generate quotes to support service recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
