Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer - Mobile Engineering in Everett, WA to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in assigned facilities, ensuring energy efficiency and minimum downtime. You will perform preventive and repair work orders, manage building systems, and support safety and daily operations.

Ideal candidates have at least four years of building engineering experience, a valid state driver’s license, and a Universal CFC recovery certification.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of technical building engineering experience.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft.
• On-call duties and overtime as required.
• 06A or 07 license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare management summary reports.
• Learn building automation and life-safety systems and ensure safety compliance.
• Support after-hours building activities as needed.
