Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across assigned facilities. You will help ensure energy efficiency, minimize downtime, and support building operations for client occupancy.

The role requires hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance, on-call availability, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required, and you will work onsite in Springfield, MO with standard

Qualifications

• Universal EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Minimum four years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building components.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours building activities as required.
• Prepare reports detailing work conditions and recommended actions.
• Maintain proficiency with building equipment and automation or life-safety systems.
• Adhere to safety procedures and applicable codes while maintaining housekeeping.
