manpowe is seeking an HVAC Engineer to join our client's engineering team in Denver, Colorado. You will maintain and service HVAC systems across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring reliability and safety.

The role emphasizes professional communication, technical proficiency, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for advancement and full-time conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong plumbing, HVAC, and electrical skills.
  • Ability to lift loads of 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks such as stooping, standing, and climbing stairs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for complex HVAC systems in healthcare environments
  • Conduct proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal operation
  • Respond to work orders at multiple clinics, addressing issues such as door locks, light fixtures, outlets, and HVAC repairs
  • Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment failures, providing effective solutions
  • Install, repair, and calibrate control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration

Location: Denver, CO
Shift: Monday - Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

What's the Job?
