What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• EPA Universal License and valid driver’s license
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving stooping, standing, walking, and lifting loads over 50 lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
