Job summary

Shell Lubricants Hub Hamburg is seeking a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician in Worcester, MA. You will perform preventive maintenance and hands-on repairs across commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and Universal EPA 608 Certification.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $72,000 – $104,000 and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) plan with company matching, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design is preferred.
• Availability for on-call duties and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on HVAC and building systems.
• Inspect and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours building related activities.

Skills

Universal EPA 608 Certification

Building engineering experience

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

Driver's license

English language skills

Education

High school diploma or GED
