Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is recruiting a Mobile Engineer in Nashville, TN to join our facilities operations team across multiple commercial properties. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and hands-on maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities. Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2–4 years of experience with commercial building systems, EPA 608 Type II certification (Universal

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Valid driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across multiple commercial facilities.
Travel between assigned properties to ensure equipment and building systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, calibrations, and equipment adjustments.
Maintain service records, monitor contractor performance, and assist with inventory and maintenance planning.
Follow all safety procedures, identify potential hazards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
