Suru-in-Home-Physical-Therapy is expanding its Suru Network to deliver outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients’ homes across California. Therapists can build a consistent, higher-frequency caseload with flexible scheduling while earning substantial supplemental income.

Clinicians join as 1099 independent contractors; onboarding requires an active California professional license and a local business license.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT).
• Local business license required to operate.
• Independent contractor status for Suru network.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT or OT services in patients' homes on a mobile caseload.
• Submit referrals through the Suru app and coordinate telehealth evaluations.
• Accept or decline opportunities within your service area.
• Maintain treatment notes and progress in the Suru app.
