Job summary

Suru-in-Home-Physical-Therapy is seeking independent contractors to deliver outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients’ homes in California. Clinicians enjoy flexible scheduling, longer treatment relationships, and a broader mobile caseload through Suru.

Join our network of PTAs and OTAs, with opportunities to work directly with patients after discharge. Pay is per completed visit, with weekly direct deposit, and onboarding is via the Suru app or web app.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license required.
• Local business license required.
• Contractor status (1099) and independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT/OT home visits to patients in California.
• Manage caseload through the Suru app and schedule visits.
• Coordinate care with patients and telehealth evaluations as needed.
