Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is seeking licensed PTs/OTs to join its network for mobile home visits in California. You’ll deliver in-home therapy, leverage Suru’s telehealth workflow, and manage a flexible schedule as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or OT license.
• Independent contractor status (1099).
• Willingness to provide home visits and travel.
• Ability to manage caseload and scheduling using Suru tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile PT/OT therapy in patients' homes.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups via Suru app.
• Maintain treatment notes and telehealth evaluations.
• Select available cases and manage referrals.
